Send an electronic mail to your tutor giving brief answers to the following questions.

• What do the various parts of an e-mail address mean?
• How can a file be sent by e-mail?
• How can you send the same e-mail message to many people at the same time?
• How can you keep a copy of messages sent electronically?

Use the attachment function and attach a text or document file to the mail.

Write your name and the date on the first line of the mail.

1. You are planning a holiday in New York, USA. Find the British Airways web site and describe the information it contains.
2. Comment on the ease of use of the site for finding information about flights and costs.
3. List the flights and times from Manchester to New York.
4. Find the Internet address (the URL) of another airline offering flights to New York.
5. What is the main difference in the information these two sites give you?
6. Send your answers as an e-mail to your tutor. Write your Candidate Identification on the top of the mail.
