 the website is about Melton Mowbray .this is the first in a two part project, this first half is Melton Mowbray and the things it offers to other people such as festivals and attractions . using websites to communicate with other people.

this my uncles next door neighbours and they are very kind and it is good to fish and they allow you to stay there over night and in the morning you can watch you fishing they are very nice people and they sometimes come out and talk to you bout Melton Mowbray in England . there is plenty to do in Melton you can go shopping every year there is a festival called Melton day. Hello my name is Kevin Garner and I come from Melton and I will be telling you about what there is to do around. I am going to be 15 in may .every two weeks in Melton there is a market for animals and just to buy food clothes and accessories. But every first week of every month the is a cattle market where you can buy livestock.

The Borough is especially renowned for its rural tradition, heritage, country pursuits, bustling market town and picturesque villages; with the combination of old and new creating both interest and variety.

Melton Mowbray is located in the heart of the East Midlands in the county of Leicestershire.
Well known for its world famous Pork Pies and Stilton Cheese.

Location, Nottingham, Grantham, Oakham, Leicester and Loughborough are all conveniently situated within a 20-mile radius of the town. Just a little further away are Stamford, Market Harborough and Peterborough. London is 105 miles to the south and Nottingham East Midlands Airport is only 22 miles to the west.
There are frequent trains to places such as Leicester, Birmingham, and Peterborough. The market town is home to manufacturers, research and educational institutions of national importance. Melton is a small market town there is a few shop and plenty of facilities there is even a local swimming baths and a gym.

Also the town has a long established association with foxhunting, pork pies and Stilton cheese, it is a popular and lively place to visit, especially on market days which date back over 1000 years.
