General Introductory Programme- Aimed at getting the active beginner fit for rugby. This is designed for use in the community sports centre. (Sprint and Muscular Endurance).

Sprint Endurance Programme- A three levelled programme aimed at improving players ability to maintain high levels of speed for the duration of the game.(Sprint Endurance).

Sprint Endurance Programme II- A three levelled programme aimed at improving players ability to maintain high levels of speed for the duration of the game.(Sprint Endurance).

Line Sprints and Exercises- A three levelled programme aimed at improving players ability to maintain high levels of strength for the duration of the game.(Strength, Sprint & Muscular Endurance).

Match Analysis

Winning and Loosing Possession- A basic way to investigate whole team performance by looking at the points in the game where possession was won or lost.
