The Pattern for Revision

We follow a structured timetable for revision in Psychology.  Obviously the majority of your revision you must do at home, however we will go over the basics in class.

As we approach the exams, lessons will follow a set pattern.  Before you come to the lesson you will be told which topic you must read up on. Try to prepare summary notes on the topic before the lesson.  In the lesson you will be given a checklist of all the important points for that topic.   There will be a time in the lesson when you can ask your teacher any questions you have concerning the topic and then there will be an opportunity to prepare some essay plans to past paper questions.

Checklists

Checklists are comprehensive lists of the information you need to know for each topic.   They will help you to see the structure of the topic and you can use them to make sure that you are not missing any notes.  These are all kindly prepared by you class teachers in advance.
